Full-offer example: If 9 monthly rent payments remain through June 8, 2027, $3,000 ÷ 9 = approximately $333.33 per month; $1,595 − $333.33 = $1,261.67, or approximately $1,262 per month.

Mo’s offer is up to $3,000, resident-funded and separate from the lease and leasing office. This is an effective equivalent with the full offer over those nine months—not a reduction to the contractual rent. The lease still lists $1,595/month; normal required charges, if any, are separate. Actual savings depend on the agreed offer and move-in timing.
